How do I get rid of clover that has taken over my perennial garden?

The dreadful clover has grown throughout my beautiful ground covers and perennial flowers. I don't want to harm or move the other plants (it's just too many) so I'm looking for advice. I can't seem to get on top of the pulling. For every bunch I get rid of it seems 3 more show up. TIA

Thank you! I've been doing endless hand weeding but I'm afraid to use chemicals since I'm dealing with groundcovers. I'll do more homework on the applications. I appreciate the feedback. Thank you so much!
