Pour a can of coke on it
I would pour kitty litter on it and let it stand for 24 hours and then go from there
Get a cheap bag of clay kitty litter, sprinkle on oil stains, then using your feet - grind the kitty litter into the spots. The clay absorbs the oil and will clean the concrete at the same time. Repeat as needed. Sweep it up when your done. Easy peasy!
