Could try draining it, let it dry n use a ceramic paint???
We had the same issue and was told to use Bar Keepers friend. Drain the bowl s there is no water and sprinkle bar keepers friend on the scratches. Let sit for 10-15 minutes. Then scrub. Worked beautifully!!
