Sounds like you have a nice screened in porch but are asking for more privacy.
Sheer curtain panels come to mind but might inhibit the breeze, another thing I have seen done is paint scenes or stencil patterns on the screens.
Perfect place to train a fast growing vine...honeysuckle or trumpet vine for hardier climates, jasmine or Stefanotis in warmer climates

You can get plastic bamboo style roll down shades at the big box stores. East installation...just hang on nail! I love these!
