I plant it but it never forms heads, it stays

Cabbage is a cool weather plant, but does need at least 6 hours of bright later summer/fall sun. If it's where it gets all that, pinch the tops to stop height growth. Good luck.

It is a cool weather crop. Plant it in the fall or late Feb
