We need more info in order to answer this question! For example - how big a greenhouse are you needing? These things can be as small as a large jar, or as big as a house.

For starting seedlings I use old take out containers. Just recently I received a small cake and it came in a container with a dome shaped lid. Once it is cleaned up it will make a nice table top greenhouse

Google search: portable greenhouse.... choose the "more images" selection... see what is out there for ideas... then see what materials you have or need to make it happen... also... check out harbourfreight.com they have several... that might work for you.
I have used a large cardboard box (like refrigerator), sealed completely with heavy duty tape, line inside completely with aluminum foil, cut small holes in top (to anchor any kind of single light bulb fixture, for instance a shop light), place planter on floor of box, spray water heavily all over inside of box every 2-3 hrs, be sure not to get water on bulb though!, Wipe bulb and completely dry it before turning it on..will shatter if wet. Give 8 hrs of daylight (turn light bulb on) and let plants sleep for remainder of day (turn light bulb off)
Also, I talk to my plants!!!
