natural weed killer with ammonia, Ajax and ?
Hi Lori, You could pour some undiluted white vinegar in a spritz bottle. Spritz your weeds with it. They should be dead inside a week. Another way to kill weeds is to smother them with cardboard or newspaper. This way may take a bit longer. Best of luck to you.
Hi Lori - This is hands down the best weed killer recipe I've known to work. Good luck! The struggle is real. Hugs, Holly

Thank you I will give it a try
If you use any weed killer especially home made I read some on a garden site (I think it was www.gardenweedkiller.com or something like that) that said you can use about 6 different ingredients that not only include vinegar, but also salt and dish soap. One thing they said was to use the dish soap so it would cling to the weeds longer and not wash away so quickly with the rain. Hope this is useful.
From a chemist:
Ingredients:
3 cups distilled white vinegar
3/4 cup regular table salt
2 tsp blue dawn dish soap (works best, but can use others)
3 tsp liquid arthritis rub (seriously!!! Make to sure to read why here )
Directions:
In a spray bottle, add the salt, dish soap, vinegar and capsicum type rub (found in grocery stores for only a few dollars, see picture below). Shake it up until well mixed.
Apply directly to the leaves of the weed. It starts working almost immediately, by 24 hours the weed is almost completely gone. It will continue to die and wither away!
