Maybe a bright blue or red then hang wind chimes from each arm. They don't weigh much. Also, bird feeders would be nice. It can be anything you want it to be, not just a plant stand. Have fun!
You can hang small pots, also put a bird feeder on one, and a wind chime on one , those are lighter weight. Use just a few flower pots, hope this helps
