hello, i fix all ceiling leaks with bleach, so i don’t have to paint the whole ceiling. I saturate paper towels with full strenght bleach and „glue“ it to the ceiling. It will fall down when dry. If it is a tough one, wedge a saturated cloth, several times if needed.
Oh my! How to take one piece out of the puzzle without disturbing the others.
Since they are locked in, you will have to start at the nearest corner and start taking them down to get to this one.
Why not just take a little compound and fix this spot, wipe it with a damp sponge while wet, and then paint the ceiling?
