Lilies are one of the most hardy plants. Just dig them up with some dirt and pace them in a bucket so you can keep them watered until you can get them in the ground.
Be sure and fill in all the holes where you take up lilies.
If you plan to put these in the ground quicky, just replant with the flowers on them.
I have purchased blooming iris before and brought them home and planted them. They thrived.
