For a shed, I'd just use stick-on vinyl tile squares or sheet vinyl. Make sure the floor is very clean before sticking on the squares.
The floor will more than likely need some better boards under the floor to help brace it first for safety then you can put down hardy board for your floor and paint it or the new decking that won’t have to be painted whichever is cheaper
