My little dog misses his aim on the pee pad and wets on our laminated floor. Is there any way to fix it where it's lifting, without replacing that panel ? Thank you... See more
first see if you can match the laminate. if so cut out the offending pieces and replace with same type. Depending on where this is in reference to your room say if it's in the middle try a design with other laminates to give the illusion that it was meant to look like that. Or if it's in an odd spot try to still do the design but make it in different areas of the floor to give it a constant effect. Or you can replace the whole floor which I'm guessing not what you had in mind.
Most all the info I could find is replacing the whole panel of the one that's damaged, but I found this video that I think will work great for you. Just a hint, I would carefully cut away the swelled areas, get the area level, then use the wax on it. If this does not do the trick, let me know.

It will show, but the only thing I can think of is to sand things smooth and seal well with poly after filling any holes and smoothing any divots with wood putty.
The damaged panels will need to be replaced. The substrate has swelled. If you sand it level you will sand off the top layer and revel the subtrate and loose the wood grain surface.
