Cleaning my vinyl rails on the porch?
They are stained with bird poop and tape. where I taped some signs on it.

Hi Bettye, I would use Williams Waterless Car cleaner to do the job, available through Idealworld tv.
I know that the Windex outdoor window cleaner that you hook up to your hose cleans vinyl windows and siding really well. We discovered that when cleaning the widows, and it trickled down on the siding.
Here are other ideas. Just don't use anything abrasive...it will become worse. Some people say that bleach causing yellowing...
