drape some fabric over a spring type curtain rod. Buy ready made bows and pin them on where you want them. Voila! No sew curtains!
Curtain rod, curtain clips and any fabric that strikes your fancy. You can finish off the raw edges with stitch witchery and a bit of trim. If you want bows, you can just glue them on, they do make washable fabric glue.

Bed sheets make great curtains. The hems are good size for feeding curtain rod thru. If you are covering a large window, use a twin sheet on each end. Instead of sewing, fabric glue and stitch witchery are good options. Best of luck to you.
