This stain was left from well water after power went out, the tub has a raised design to prevent slipping. The pink color is not on the tub came from photo.
Usually the frame is installed with caulk. You could use a razor scraper to remove it. Be careful not ti scratch the tub surface.
I used a butter knife and gently pried the old caulking away and then wiped down with full strength "The Works". Some areas took several attempts to get the caulking that was stuck to the shower frame.
WD 40. Let it soften. Then use a scraper that uses one sided razor blades. Keep the razor almost flat against the tub, like a pancake that won't flip.
If using a razor blade I would recommend wearing protective gloves. Trying to remove anything stubborn and sticky against a slippery surface is a recipe for easily slicing fingers.
