What kind of stippling brush should I get for stenciling?

Help Me . . . is it best to get natural bristle brushes, foam brushes or nylon bristle brushes. Also, does it depend upon the surface I am stenciling? I have used nylon brushes for years with no issues, but I am branching out and need new brushes. Want to spend my $$ wisely. Thanks for the advice.

My personal preference has always been for natural bristles regardless of project. But I certainly will not pass on a deal on other types.
It really depends on what you want to stencil.... I like the round foam applicators found in the craft stores stenciling dept.... I keep them in a snack baggie until I am done with the project... and I keep them covered when in use so they don't crust over... foil works for that.

I checked out both sites and am closer to knowing what I am doing. Information leads me to believe it will depend upon what surface I am painting. Thanks for the help.
