I usually make it by "taste" and what I have on hand - so I just mash up however many avocados I have/want to use, and mix in sour cream ( mexican crema or regular), a couple of tablespoons lime juice ( sometimes I use Tru Lime crystals from the spice aisle), chopped cilantro if I have it, and then salt & pepper to taste. I'm estimating about 1/4 cup sour cream per avocado.
