Insert the top half of an outdoor solar post light into the hole. Makes a nice addition when sitting out in the evening.
Are you talking about the hole where the umbrella goes ? Please give more details. If it's a stencil you need to paint a sun, you can find that in a craft store. A.C.Moore, Michael's, or Hobby Lobby, call first.
You can put a bundt pan planted with flowers over the hole, then drop the umbrella through the pan's hole (and the table's hole). This gives you a centerpiece around the pole. Paint the bundt pan to match your umbrella if you like. Or, they make copper molds and old bundt pans that are not fluted, but just plain rounds, if you prefer it not to look like an obvious bundt pan. Look for them in thrift stores.
