algae -- have to keep it dry! is it at ground level where water accumulates after a rain ?? Clean it ( pressure wash! again!), get it BONE BONE dry ( if you can ) then use an outdoor concrete sealer ... Seal-Krete makes a good product .. but prep is everything!
Hi Hah, Here's a link that may help: https://www.doityourself.com/stry/how-to-seal-concrete-patios
Good luck!
You'll probably need some form of fungicide to keep the mold from coming back. You also should reroute any water that is getting to the area from down spouts or A/C condensation. If you can keep the area dry you are halfway home.
Clorox it clean then seal it with a concrete sealer. ☺
Power wash it thoroughly, let it dry completely, then spray it with Concrobium. Or follow these instructions:

Try Wet & Forget, just mix with water and spray on. Available at Ace Hardware, Costco, Lowes, Amazon. Works like a charm! Learn about it at their website.
Thanks!!
I totally agree with Landsharkinnc. Green means algea or moss. Dry it.
Try Never Wet. It makes water roll of of things. Use several coats after you have thoroughly cleaned and let dry.
Use bleach water. Will kill mold
Use Spray & Leave on it and it will be taken care f!
If you don't mind it power wash it twice a year. That is what we do with our sidewalks.
Vinegar will kill what you've got growing there. It may need to be done several times a months but it works with a quick rinse.
Spay with Wet and Leave, that ahould do the trick for you.
Power-wash it.
Power wash it to get the mold gone, use vinegar in the wash if you can, it will kill the mold. Next is to keep it dry, if water accumulates there see if you can re-route it or if trees or bushes overhang and block the sun, trim them back. It is the moisture that allows the mold to grow.
Hello, hope this helps you.

Also you may want to position a mirror to light up that part of your patio.

Hi Hah: You need to clean it thoroughly and let it dry. Then use a Penetrating Sealer if you want an all-in-one concrete sealer. This does the job of concrete sealers and coating by closing up the pores of the concrete. This way, your project can be protected from weather, stains, and mold at the same time.
Good luck
Use water softener! Cover paving whilst using water sprinkler!
Once you get it super clean, let it dry completely and try a concrete sealer. It may not prevent all of the mold entirely but it should help cut it down by a lot.
