Best in what way? those white resin ones are pretty slippery so you usually have to put a wash cloth on the seat, the teak ones work well and you will find these in most handicapped apartments. If the person is large, you should also look at the weight capacity of any that you choose.
The ceramic garden stools are pretty but heavy. I've got a stainless steel stool that is my favorite of all that I've tried so far.
