How to remedy poorly done arched doorways

I have 2 poorly done (sheetrock only) doorways in my kitchen that I want to trim out like the other doors in my house so that these would now match my traditionally framed out doors. How can I do this without remudding??

It depends upon what your definition of remodeling is... You will have to tear out the arches and square the opening off with new framing and molding.
