I would use a good stray paint
Get automotive chrome spray paint or wheel paint.
I would use Krylon spray paint for masonry/stucco finish
I would use Rustoleum. I would prime first with Rustoleum auto primer, then paint with the stainless steel looking spray paint
I have just done some in gold leaf and they turned out great. If they are for in door you can also buy fake silver leaf.
Krylon and Rustoleum make some great metallic paints for outside.
Linda, the stucco/masonry paint has a GREAT long lasting finish. I use it on lots of projects. Good. Luck!
