My guess is mint -- they spread like crazy.
I agree that it could be hyssop or a mint, or monarda (bee balm). All of those have fragrant foliage, which may help you to identify. Hyssops usually smell like anise (licorice), and bee balm has a strong, musky scent. There are many kinds of mint, of course. All of those plants are attractive to pollinators, ie hummingbirds, bees, butterflies. I think they are nice to have.

Could also be lemon balm. This is like mint and grows everywhere!
