I love my engineered hardwood. It's economical and has the greatest stability and durability above the mentioned products. And it looks like solid hardwood.
If you can afford it, go with ceramic tile. It will last the longest.

I wanted a quick and easy for me to install in my utility. I chose the peel and stick planks that look good. I was wanted in my choice between that and click boards. The fella in the hardware store, said they were rubbish as the top peels so won’t last 5 mins. He showed me one in the store that had actually peeled.
I think often it has to do with experience. I not only have experience with my own flooring but also have a friend who is a flooring guru and always guides me the best direction based on extensive experience. I just looked up both vinyl click strip and engineered hardwood on home Depot website. They are both right at $2/sf. It's sooo much better of a product that I encourage you to explore it as an option. These vinyl choices tend to split and curl in very short time frame. I've seen it in homes after only a year or two completely ruined.
Here's another hack.... Don't let cost of materials influence your material selection, rather find exactly what you want and then look for it at the lowest price possible. I got my engineered hardwood as a job over run. Craigslist is full of these types of deals. I had to compromise slightly on color, but not enough to effect my decor. There are also building supply salvage yards that typically sell product at 50¢ on the dollar. Don't settle.... 🤣
