Try full strength hydrogen peroxide. I've used it inside, as I had an elderly dog, and it worked on all surfaces. Let it foam and sit for a bit. Wipe it off, no need to scrub it off.
Hose it down every day. Get a pump sprayer and a few gallons of white vinegar and spray the area well once a week (or after each rain even), and see if that helps. Vinegar is cheap and a natural disinfectant. I purchase at Costco, Sam's Club or any restaurant supply for about $2 a gallon. Safe for the environment, pets and better than any chemical you can purchase!
