Try putting baking soda on mattress. Let it sit a few minutes then vacuum. Or try spraying it with a mixture of vinegar and water.
Have you tried cleaning vinegar?
Bacon soda too
Wash the mattress as well as you can with something like Pinesol. Then sprinkle heavily the area with baking soda or borax. Cover it with paper towels and let it dry a couple of days. Remove the power towels, vacuum the mattress, spray until soaked with Febreeze. Let that sit a day. It would be as fresh as possible. Car, I sure hope you can use these products and that it works. ☺️
I would wash it really well with either a carpet cleaner upholstry tool or use a soft brush and a bowl of cleaner. Blot up with one of those super absorbent Sham Wow imitators from the Dollar Tree, then run a fan on top to dry faster...... I have even dragged mattress out into the yard and sun to dry them. Then I would spray with Frebreeze a few times to remove any residual smell.
Hello there, Try "Shake and Vac" Follow instructions and you should be left with a pleasant smell .................
Thank you. Baking soda did not work.
Will try some of the other options .
