Wait until the tops die down, mark which plants are which so you are sure to put the different ones where you want -- the day lillies will spread more than glads and hard to get all of them the first time -- the glad corms are pretty easy to move; replant, and mulch well for fall/winter. And in the spring if you see 'new ' growth from any you missed ... repeat! 0r dig and replant but you may loose the blooms if you move before they bloom -- 'transplant shock' ...
Fall is best for bulbs.
