Awesome! Love old houses. What do you want to do next? Stain? Leave natural and seal? Have you sanded them yet?
My house is c.1930 and while the 1 inch oak isn't my favorite floor it is original to the house. I would avoid anything trendy and just stain and reseal it to preserve the history of the home.
You could try a lighter or darker stain, but avoid trendy paint colors, unless you're loking to paint a "rug" on the area.
I suppose the real question is what do you want to do? Are you asking for design advice? Or do you know what shade you want to go with and literally want finishing/sealing advice?
