Lay your next floor right over the top.
Thin set will hold tile.
Nails (& glue if you like) will hold wood planks well.
Glue will hold carpet.
Otherwise, feel free to take a pictures to your local hardware store and ask.
hopefully they are not glued down ... if locked together with the 'tongue/groove' just pop the damaged one up and replace -- if glued -- will depend on the product used .. you don't want to damage the sub floor in trying to remove them.
How bad is the damage?! Whole floor or few boards?!
