Hallway peel and stick flooring
Now in my 70s large projects are daunting. But I have ancient ugly carpeting down my hallway and would love a simple way to replace it and I'm torn between plush carpet tiles (I do want some cushion there) or trying to use some sort of peel-and-stick planking and wonder if anyone has had experience with either and which would be recommended. I'm also on a limited budget so cost is a factor. Advice anyone?

You could also do both, get carpet tiles.... they have them at the Dollar Tree this week.... get a few extra so you can swap out the ones as you enter the home when they get dirty.
Take a look at the "Flor" carpet tiles. They come in many types and designs/colors. They are very easy to install. I am in my mid-70s and have done both of my bathrooms in them. Just go to www.flor.com to take a look.
