How do I keep bats from roosting under the cedar shakes on my house?
I just moved into a cedar shake ranch in eastern Pa. and found droppings on my deck every night. A neighbor told me they were probably bats. I know they are helpful and eat bugs but can I get them to live elsewhere?

You can use mothballs or reflective tape to deter them.
Have you thought about putting up bat houses around your property to deter them from wanting in your house?
