Does wood look tile crack easily if something is dropped on it?

I just purchased a small stand alone villa in FL. that I may rent for income. Is the wood-looking tile a good choice, and does it chip easily if something dropped on it?

It can chip and crack if you drop some thing on it. It is beautiful when installed but cracking and chipping can happen with tile.
Just like with any tile, it can crack if you're not careful.
We put it in our rental and everyone remarks how beautiful it is. We did purchase an extra box for repairs on down the road but haven't needed them in the first year. I have had tile floors in the past and chipping and cracking were not a problem for us, but anything you drop will be shattered! If it is a rental and you are providing dishes, make them plastic!
