I remember hearing about using an iron, maybe set on steam to flatten a vinyl floor. Does anyone else remember something like this?
Usually this is caused from the floor boards being too tight when they were installed. You need to trim some off the boards that are buckled.
This floor sounds as if it needs to be lifted, and re-laid. Some timbers might benefit from being Steamed and flattened under pressure and left to dry, before re fitting.
