Gardeners' Supply Company has some great products to purchase, or take ideas to construct your own.
All the large home improvement stores have them on line as does Walmart. Most have free shipping to the store. When you get the raised bed, you need to use raised bed soil. It comes in organic and regular. It is different than regular potting soil or garden soil.
Why not build the raised garden beds yourself?. That way you can get the exact style and size that works best for you.

Hi! Here's some free plans I found: http://gardenplansfree.com/greenhouse/raised-garden-bed-plans-free/
I'm a Master Gardener and you will save a ton of money and have a much more durable outcome if you build a raised bed yourself. It's really simple and you want to go not more than 4 feet wide since it makes for an easier Harvest but you can do as long as you want. Kits of any kind are always way way overpriced and you never want to use plastic for that in my opinion. It degrades, won't last, and will contaminate your soil. In the summer raised beds will get hotter so may need additional water unless you have part shade? In the winter depending on where you live it will raise the soil temperature and you may be able to do some cool weather gardening. You can also check with your local Extension Office and they will have some great ideas for you for free or low-cost. Good luck and we have some photos of ours on our blog Little Homestead in Boise
