Most under countert sinks come with anchors all around the bottom of them. I would get under there and determine what happened that those anchors ripped out etc and replace them as needed.
There should be some form of hangars or clips that hold the sink up. Male sure you put a bead of caulk around the lip of the sink where it contacts the counter.
