Valerie the message that you put in here about buying items at Home Depot has been cut off I don't know what your question is
It would depend on what DIY supplies you are looking for. Home Depot is a great place to shop for wood, paint, brushes, rollers, decorative accents, rugs, tools, and bigger ticket items like flooring and tile.
HI Valerie,
It depends on what you're making. Home Depot has a lot of diy supplies, but not everything. Some items come from a craft store or a dollar store and some come from garage sales so there are other possibilities. You will find a lot of the items at Home Depot though. A thought would be to look on their website to see if you can find your materials before your drive 9 miles. Wishing you the best!
Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Lowes are all good options for DIY supplies depending on what project you are doing.
depending on what you wanted to do. big hardware stores like Home Depot, Lowe's, or Menards have a lot of DIY materials. if you have time you can visit them all to see a wideR range of options
I personally love Home Depot for getting DIY supplies. One great thing about Home Depot is that you can order your supplies online and then just pick up in store. It saves you tons of time, so you can spend more time working on the DIY rather than wondering the aisles trying to find everything! You can also get some on Amazon.
Thank you for your replies. I am finding other stores that I can use too. I just wander about and see what i can see and use!
Same here and may I ask where you get Periwinkle Color paint from and who makes it? Periwinkle is my favorite color !
Home Depot is a great resource for so many things! Online they offer many more items than in the store, most with free deliver to your home... or for sure free deliver to the store for pick-up. They also will pull your order off the shelves for you if you order online of items in the store and save you time doing that... then have it ready for you to pick up. I love that feature! The thing that Home Depot beats Amazon on, in my opinion, is returns. You can return anything you ordered online back at the store, even if they don't stock it. (with Amazon you have to pay shipping back and have a relatively short window to return it... considering time delays in renovations) I have other favorite 'go-to' stores as well... Here is a link to my DIY & decorating blog with my favorite online shopping links.
You can also shop online with Michaels or Amazon. (et u[p a "smile" account on Amazon and help good causes too!)
I find that in my town, Home Depot is great for tile, lighting, and hardware (pretty stuff) but Lowes has much better lumber and it's closer to me. Pricing is similar at both.
