How about get a fire pit and some nice chairs and make a gathering area
nice idea, looking to improve area for future sale of house.
I second the fire pit idea, it was absolutely the first thing I thought of when I saw that spot.
We had a spot similar to this when we move into our house. I turned it into an herb garden. All I needed to do was to divide the circle into sections, mark the sections with slate found on the property , design the layout of the plants and plant the garden.
I like the fire pit idea too. But I would put plastic down and put a colored rock over it. Then the fire pit and chairs. Otherwise, you will be fighting the grass.
Love the fire pit and seating idea. Rubber mulch or pea gravel could be put down over the sandy circle. Maybe a bbq and/or a small bar too.
I turned mine into a flower garden with a fire pit in the center
love all the ideas. what flowers did you use? I have a lot of weeding now
We had the same issue, poured concrete patio with butterfly garden around it, love the fire pit also. Planted herbs and perrenials, cone flowers, black eyed susans, swamp milkweed.
