There are several good brands. The question to you is how diligent are you going to be about resealing it every couple of years? The products are man made and do not last even as long as they say. Especially since it's outdoors. I like Seal Crete. It does have a warranty for 5 years against fading. But you should reapply every 3 years.
Use clear Marine Spar Varnish on it, this is the sealant they use on boats and even the sea water doesn't hurt it. Also it lasts for a long time.
If you deck is brand new you need to wait before staining and sealing it so the wood can acclimate to your climate's humidity. The period of time to wait varies somewhat according to which product you intent to use, but wait time is between one month and one year.
