What is the best flooring for a upper floor balcony.?
It is covered with a roof. Has side walls with open holes without windows. The front has 3 12 foot arches with railing which faces south. It does get rain in it and sits until dries up or sweep off. We had tile at one time but it cracked and leaked, was too heavy. We have replaced joist and braced floor underneath with more support.

If and ONLY if your balcony has string support I say get ceramic tiles ... easy to clean and stylish make sure when stalling the tiles you grade them away from the house so water will run off and not sit on the balcony...sitting water can create mold
