How to attach new wall to tile floor?

Need to add a small section of wall to separate laundry area from add on room . The floor is tile and dont know how to attach 2×4 to floor ?

Would you have to add a wall? If you put an island or narrow piece of furniture (which adds storage), would that work?
What is under the tile?
There are drill bits especially designed to drill through tile. Go though the plate of your wall wood drill first to eventually mark the tile and then do the tile bit until you hit wood again then switch to wood bit. It will work and your wall will be steady.
