How do you waterproof a deck floor for dry area below?
I want to waterproof a 2nd level deck. I prefer a plywood coating vs PVC vinyl, which also is very expensive.

Hi Nathan: Are you trying to keep water from going down from one deck to the other?

Have even thought of doing the lattice with white lights and vines but the rain defeats that idea.
