How do I build an office in an existing garage?
We just bought a home and have a large metal garage with a concrete floor on the property. It is a 3-bay building and we would like to turn one bay into an office for my husband who works from home. How do I anchor walls to the floor and what is the least expensive way to build the office?

Hi Brenda you will want to build 2x4 walls just like you normally would. I would screw the wall up into the ceiling joists and then use lag screws to secure it down into the concrete. https://www.shedking.net/anchoring-walls-to-concrete-pad.html
Hi Brenda, You will probably need permission from local authority to use as a habitable place, and building regulations for materials used. Fire Hazard etc.......
Attach two by 4 s to the floor with segment screws then go off that to add walls
