2/3 vinegar and 1/3 water. Mop on but do not rinse off. It may take a couple of times.
Bleach, refinish, and seal.
Try Odo Ban followed by a neavy dose of baking soda. If you don't completely eradicate the odor, the dog will detect it and repeat his behavior in the same spot. You may need to wipe the wood floors with a cleaner containing mint, cinnamon, orange, or a diluted version of Rue oil, which dogs typically will avoid.
