Basement floor leveling for laundry room?
I am trying to level a basement floor with a drain, about 3" in depth from level. I will leave the drain, but I do not need the dip, my basement other than cleaning, has never flooding. So, what can I do to level, to have a nice laundry room.

Hi there, you can purchase self leveling floor compound that should work.
Don't level it. Drain needs to be sloped. Water heater can leak, washer hoses can burst, washer can overflow, water pipes can break. Water needs to go away and fast.
I have the same problem and was thinking about doing a raised floor in that area so that the drain still works.
