could be that you don't have male and female flowers
From Gardening Know How:
Unlike other common vegetables such as beans and peas, zucchini produces both male and female blossoms. Because the male blossoms appear first to attract bees, your zucchini plants may produce blooms for a week or more that do not set fruit.
Have you noticed bees or butterflies around the garden? If these insects are not present you may have to try hand pollination. Use a small paint brush that you can collect some of the flower pollen on and then go from bloom to bloom collecting more pollen and at same time spreading pollen to each.
Be careful not to knock the bloom off. It will fall off on it's own a couple of days later. Within a few days you should see a tiny zucchini in it's place.
Hope this helps !
Thank you so much yes it does
sounds like you need pollination. Try taking a soft paintbrush and brushing the pollen between the flowers.
just shaking the bushes is suppost to pollinate. I do this for my cucumbers. seems to work
Thank you everyone has helped so much
