Typically not a homeowner DIY, but it can be done. Just be sure to pull your permits and inspection schedule and know when to call in the pros for gas, electric and water lines. There will be inspections no matter who is installing the pool. Here is some info for you!

Carolyn. This has to be done by a professional, This is a job with too many details to make an in ground pool. Once it's made, you'll have to pass the codes, when the inspector comes out. You'll have to put a fence around the pool also, unless you have one, with a lock. Call a professional to do this job and say yourself a huge headache.
