Clean everything really well with bleach water, that will help clean it and help some with staining. Do clean it with whatever else you want to clean it after rinsing the bleach water off so as to not get a chemical reaction. Once you have it clean, spray the whole area with vinegar and let it dry, it will kill any mold/mildew spores that are still present. If the silicone or whatever is really stained, I would remove it, clean the area, spray it with the vinegar, let it dry and put in new.

Pati, often you need to replace your sealants and wash everything with mild soap and bleach. We use a squeegee and microfiber towel to dry the tub and shower after each use.
