lots of paper towels and an iron. put the towels on the waxed area, heat slowly the wax. it should absorb into the towels.
Heat is with your blow dryer
Use a butter knife to scrape off as much as possible then use paper towels to absorb the wax as you use a hot iron. Replace the paper towels frequently.
You can also use cold. If you have some freezer bags place them frozen on the wax. The wax will and then you can chip it off with a knife.
