CEMENT PADDING,I want a cement padding but enough to set some chairs and table for like if we bbq or just to sit and relax. Where to begin?

If you are on a budget, you could DIY and use pavers, patio stones, slate or other hard surface. Be sure to dig up and prepare the area (see above answers). This also has the advantage of draining well and not cracking. If you get a few weeds in between, you can just pull them or spray with distilled vinegar.

You can always get a redi-mix and do it yourself, but it would work better if you knew someone that had a cement mixer. You could also get cement patio stones. Either way you would need to dig the area out so that it is level, and prep the ground properly so it doesn't sink and shift
