Try a Q-tip. Dip in nail polish remover - but blot it on a tissue very well. Lightly roll it and see. Just try a tine spot, in the least conspicuous place.
You might try an artist eraser, they are also called kneaded putty eraser.
If nail polish does not work, try real acetone the kind you get at HD or Lowes in the Blue Can. Use a Qtip and lightly dab as stated above.
